3 Things to do to Raise Your Orgasmic Energy

This is beautiful to do before you even get out of bed in the morning.

Place one hand on your heart and the other on your pussy. You could choose to have your hand over your underwear or under your underwear touching your beautiful pussy directly.

In your minds eye visualize a stream of golden or white light connecting the two.

With each breath in, imagine the breath traveling from your pussy up to your heart following this stream of golden or white light.

As you breathe out this light is going out to the world around you. From your pussy, through your heart to the world around you.

Do this as many times as you like.

To add to the potency of this breath, squeeze your perineum muscle ( the one that you squeeze when you are stopping urine flow ) as you breathe in.

Let the muscle go when you breathe out.

2. Strengthen Your Vaginal Muscles Whilst in the Shower.

The Art Of Ritual

Rituals

 

Rituals have played an important role for centuries.

Namely religious and spiritual based the act of performing rituals is something that we as humans have been doing since the beginning of time.

( I am sure I was there, but I just don't remember the details at the moment )

Our rituals become our habits. But in place of habits, rituals are moments we create to create our moments of prayer, gratitude and manifestation.

Rituals can also play a huge role in grounding ourselves into our day, at the end of a day and at the beginning of a coming together.

Rituals also play a role in creating a sense of safety and protection and a way to quell nerves before an event. Like going to a job interview, entering your house at the end of the day after a long day away, before a competitive event or when your child comes home from school.

In the late 1940s, anthropologist Bronislaw Malinowski lived among the inhabitants of islands in the South Pacific Ocean. When residents went fishing in the turbulent, shark-infested waters beyond the coral reef, they performed specific rituals to invoke magical powers for their safety and protection. When they fished in the calm waters of a lagoon, they treated the fishing trip as an ordinary event and did not perform any rituals. Malinowski suggested that people are more likely to turn to rituals when they face situations where the outcome is important and uncertain and beyond their control – as when sharks are present.

My rituals are a long way from shark infested waters.

But my favourite ones do include water.

On rising in the morning I religiously drink warm water with the juice of a lemon and a decent splash of cayenne pepper, to waken up my sleepy digestion.

I then do a combination of dry skin brushing, face washing with aloe vera and egg white and I say hello to my beautiful self.

In fact before I even get our of bed I smile to myself and whisper “Thank you Thank You Thank You” in immense gratitude to spirit as I hear the sounds of the jungle waking up around me.

After my self care I like to do some yoga and a few of the 5 Tibetans.

One ritual that my son and I make sure we do every morning is our Morning hug.

This entails us laying down on the bed or on huge cushions as we laugh, tickle and re tell our dreams from the night before.

This is one of my favourite ways to connect with my son.

After all of this my all time rock on ritual is self pleasure .

 

And to self pleasure by the river on a rock in the jungle is the best way for me.

I go down to the water hole on the property with my coconut oil and a rug and find my favourite rock to lie on.

And I walk through the jungle bare footed.

Skin on the earth is the surest way to connect to your

Wild Womban.

 

What ever it is that I am wanting to call in I think about and imagine having it in my life now.

With Morpho butterflies and hummingbirds flying all around I bring myself to delicious orgasm shooting my energy up to the universal cup of dreams and manifestations.

After this with the hugest smile on my face and warm fuzzies running through my belly I swim and exercise under the water fall in the water hole.

I drank my blood.

In life there are many moments that you assume will turn out differently.

Like your first kiss,

 your first week end away from home,

 that trip to Paris 

and losing your virginity.

We spend years thinking about these monumentous events, planning them with detail in our minds to only find after the fact they turned out nothing at all like we thought and dearly hoped they would.

Drinking my menstrual blood  was exactly like that.

 

I have been thinking about it for awhile, researching why to do it and planning a ritualistic way of partaking in this part of our Menstrual Mysteries.

This ‘Love Feast’ or ‘Sacred Marriage’ – a core part of the Menstrual Mysteries – was eventually declared a heresy and women were barred from participating in Christian rites.

However the ‘Power of Renewal, Rebirth, and Resurrection’ previously associated with the Holy Womb and Menstrual Blood of the Divine Mother was transferred to the story of Jesus and his ritual of Eucharist – ‘hic est sanguis meus – this is the Chalice of my Blood’ – where worshippers ‘drank his blood’ to gain the power of Rebirth through him.

 

In most ancient myths and religions, throughout the world dating back hundreds of thousands of years, the power of rebirth had always been a blessing of the Feminine Womb – embodied and gifted by Sacred Womb Priestesses across many cultures. It had never been held by a man. Although there are many legends about the ‘menstrual powers of female shamans’ being stolen by male gods.

SO with all of that in mind I had high hopes of sacred fires, altars, candles and prayers for the first time I would drink my blood.

Instead, it happened in the bathroom of a cafe down in a sea side town we stopped at during a road trip in Costa Rica.

I could feel I had started bleeding as we drove down the mountain.

On arriving to the cafe I grabbed a cup , filled it half way with water, a slice of lemon and in the bathroom collected a stream of blood and downed it all before I could think twice.

Just like that.

Over the next few days, my friend I was travelling with, her son and mine all got sick with a virus. But I did not.

Known as the ‘drink of immortality’ women's menstrual blood is full of healing stem cells, which can actually activate our cellular capacity to regenerate and transport us to endocrine states of rapture. Or in a spiritual sense open us to the Frequency of Love and Eternal Life, transporting us to another Dimension – called Heaven, Paradise, Nirvana etc.

And it seems keep us immune to viruses as others all around fall like flies.
